Terms of use
Last updated: August 2026.
Ondivento is a personal project, free, made by one person. These terms are short on purpose.
It's an estimate, not a promise
The times, the wind and the surface come from models and weather forecasts — never from a measurement taken right now. The three-day forecast is indicative; beyond that, it's less reliable still. The paved/unpaved split depends on what OpenStreetMap has tagged on each stretch, which isn't always complete or up to date. Use your own judgement on the road: the actual conditions, the traffic and how you're feeling always outrank whatever the app says.
Availability
It leans on free external services (OpenRouteService, BRouter, OSRM, Open-Meteo) that have their own limits and outages. The app tries to switch from one to another when one fails, but the service isn't guaranteed to be available at all times.
Your account, if you make one
It's free and optional. You can stop using it whenever you like and ask for your data to be deleted by writing to privacidad@ondivento.com. More detail on what's stored and why is on the privacy page.
Fair use
Route planning depends on a quota shared with free external services. Please don't automate bulk requests against the application — there's a technical limit that cuts off abuse, but we'd rather not need it.
Changes
If anything relevant changes in how data is handled, this page and the privacy page will be updated, with the date at the top.
